Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 2 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Once we receive the returned item General Stores & dairy will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

1. Product seals must be intact without any breakage or pilferage.

2. Team at Market place.com will enquire about the return and take action post evaluation if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final.

3. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

4. Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.

5. Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.

6. We may amend Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

7. Request for return must be sent on ceo@Market place.com within 2 days of receipt of Order.
